My two transactions have been stuck, however, I received KSM compensation only for one of them.

I think you compensated wrongly another account bXhvZwNqKVQic8kvu3WRqmeGq72LQajVkWTKFKeeUMrihfjtY instead of my with 46 KSM - the only stuck transaction for that account is https://basilisk.subscan.io/xcm_message/kusama-b56683e3bd645881d43219c7990cf8273a03df79 and it has nothing to do with 46 KSM.
