I find the number of requests (averaging ~ 4 millions per day) hard to believe!
Considering that, according to [Subscan](https://basilisk.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=account), we only have around 30 active accounts, it's most probable a few entities with bots, potentially yourself, are inflating the numbers, hence your revenues and the cost for the community of BSX holders.

I kindly ask you to provide more justification for this cost and to show evidence that Dwellir is not colluding or in conflict of interest with the core team, council, or technical committee. Would also be nice to have their members comment here.

I think transparency & accountability is paramount to not lose investors and users, especially in this period of high concern about treasury expenses (as you have seen on socials about Polkadot) and the overall sentiment and selling pressure.

We have not done any deep analysis of the requests that are being made to the endpoint. Our public RPC node is used by many platforms, e.g different wallets in the ecosystem. We share the number of requests transparently with the ecosystem. 

We provide public RPC services to many networks, and we are absolutely not inflating these numbers. It would be extremely bad for our brand if we don't share the correct information. Trust is very important in our business in order to sustain long term. 

Please also bear in mind that we are paid in BSX tokens, and not in USD. There is significant slippage when we liquidate our tokens to pay our bills in fiat.

Should we pay for spam requests? Wouldn't it be more fair to define (at least part of) the service as a lump sum, so that you are incentived to reduce spam, ie. any waste, and keep the costs low?

How do we know you haven't (for example) mixed the numbers with other parachains, and/or that the totals you are requesting to all your clients together are correct?

We are sharing transparently the amount of requests our public Basilisk endpoint is receiving.

The only way to truly verify that our numbers are correct would be to do a technical audit and inspect the hosts that operate the Basilisk endpoints. 

If there is a request by the wider community to do a technical audit, we are open to discuss it.

Dwellir is currently serving the Basilisk community with a public RPC endpoint service. We are serving on average 3,960,000 requests per day. 

This proposal is to cover the costs for April, May and June in 2024. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.
