Dwellir is currently serving the Basilisk community with a public RPC endpoint service. We are serving on average 3,960,000 requests per day.
This proposal is to cover the costs for April, May and June in 2024. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.

I find the number of requests (averaging ~ 4 millions per day) hard to believe!
Considering that, according to Subscan, we only have around 30 active accounts, it's most probable a few entities with bots, potentially yourself, are inflating the numbers, hence your revenues and the cost for the community of BSX holders.
I kindly ask you to provide more justification for this cost and to show evidence that Dwellir is not colluding or in conflict of interest with the core team, council, or technical committee. Would also be nice to have their members comment here.
I think transparency & accountability is paramount to not lose investors and users, especially in this period of high concern about treasury expenses (as you have seen on socials about Polkadot) and the overall sentiment and selling pressure.
