4 million requests per day for a chain that has ~30 active accounts per day (source https://basilisk.subscan.io/tools/charts?type=account) is laughable. I don't trust your numbers (hence I think the expense should be lower). How can we verify?

Dwellir is currently serving the Basilisk community with a public RPC endpoint service. We are serving on average 3,960,000 requests per day.

This proposal is to cover the costs for April, May and June in 2024. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.
