Just curious: was there a previous proposal or contract to justify this (that we can see)? Do we have competing offers for this service? How many RPC were handled by Galactic Council instead? Thank you.

We have filed similar treasury proposals for [Q3](https://basilisk.subsquare.io/treasury/proposals/6) and [Q2](https://basilisk.subsquare.io/treasury/proposals/5) 2023. You can review the full proposals from the posts. 

Regarding other competing offers for this service and for how many RPC requests that were handled by the Galactic Council, we don't know. The core team of Basilisk should be able to answer this.

This proposal is to cover the costs for October, November, and December in 2023. We are requesting $2,595 for this period.
