This proposal is for getting community approval to provide TNKR rewards on the Basilisk Finance platform alongside BSX, boosting overall rewards & incentivizing users to provide more liquidity on the platform in exchange for said rewards.

TNKR Rewards on Basilisk

- Accept Robonomics HRMP channel open request
- Send return HRMP channel open request to Robonomics
- Register XRT in Basilisk asset registry

Repeat of [Referendum #16](https://basilisk.subsquare.io/democracy/referendum/16) **(approved)** due to a breaking change in the recent upgrade to runtime v13.1.0.

- schedule for 900 blocks (~3 hours)

Upgrade to v13.1.0 & Create KSM<>BSX Yield Farm

The KSM <> BSX Yield Farm failed on initialisation when [**referendum #13**](https://basilisk.subsquare.io/democracy/referendum/13) was enacted.

This referendum will create the yield farm correctly, using the same parameters as before with correct assetId for KSM.

Initialise KSM <> BSX Yield Farm

This referendum, if approved, will **kick off Basilisk’s Liquidity Mining programme** by:

- **Minting 500,000,100 BSX** - this will come from the BSX supply allocation of 38,000,000,000 BSX tokens for Liquidity Mining incentives *[[tokenomics](https://docs.bsx.fi/tokenomics)]*

- **Creating a BSX “Global Farm”** to distribute the 500M BSX over a ~3 month period to applicable “Yield Farms”

- **Creating the following 3 “Yield Farms”** with 1x multiplier:

1. BSX <> KSM

2. BSX <> USDT

3. BSX <> TNKR

**Parameters:**

- Target TVL in each Yield Farm of $222,222

- Loyalty multiplier starting at 1x and trending towards 2x throughout life of farms

- Target APR between 20% and 40% depending on how long LP has been in the farm (up to $222,222 TVL in each farm) - total APR scales down beyond this

- Rewards are paid in BSX at a rate linked to the amount of BSX in the LP position at the time of deposit into the farm
